Yes. For quantities beyond the catalogue pack sizes, custom fills, or compounds not in the catalogue, we will send a quotation with a lead time.

Consumers can withdraw from their order within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) no. 3 BGB). Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. If goods arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, please contact us straight away.

By bank transfer (SEPA) in advance. The order confirmation gives our bank details and the payment reference. We reserve the goods for 5 days from the order and remind you by email while the transfer is outstanding; if it has not arrived by then, the order is cancelled and the stock released. A SEPA transfer usually arrives within one or two working days, and we email you as soon as it does.
