Orders leave the warehouse within 24–48 hours of payment and are shipped from the EU in 1 to 5 working days. Paying by bank transfer, that is when the transfer reaches us. Every shipment includes a packing slip listing the lot numbers and the confirmed research declaration.

Unbranded
No printing and no compound name on the outer box. The sender is a company address.
Labelling
Every vial carries compound and quantity.
Breakage
Vials sit in foam inserts with cut cavities, not in bubble wrap.
Customs & tax
Within the EU there are no customs duties or import charges: the goods never leave the EU customs territory. Shipping costs are as in the table above. Institutions with a valid VAT ID from another EU country are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure, without VAT. Switzerland, Norway and Iceland are outside the EU customs territory: import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are paid by the customer on delivery. We do not cover them.
